I don't have much to go off here, but hopefully my lack of information
will sink with someone.

I'm wondering what the name of the reggae song is where the artist
somewhat sounds like he's saying "oh be be be why" in the refrain?
The rest of the lyrics are hard to understand (and i'm sure my attempt
at the actual lyrics of the refrain are off as well) but hopefully it
makes sense to someone. THanks.
