Good idea for a movie?

I was thinking about making a movie with a bunch of people and I had
an idea. I already have someone who has volunteered to use their
expensive editing software to edit it. Anyway, here is the idea.

1977: Mark was a seemingly normal high school student. He lives with
his dad, who almost is never around. One day his dad disappears and he
learns his dad was part of the CIA. The CIA then recruits him and
sends him to kill a man. Mark goes after the man and when he finds the
man, he learns the man is an ex CIA agent, like his father, and the
CIA is trying to eliminate him, along with other ex agents. The man
was actually Mark's father's partner. The two then team up to kill the
"Director" who is in charge of the genocide of ex operatives and their
families. The kid says he killed the man, and demanded to see the
Director. Then, he meets the director, and gives a speech and kills
him. THE END
