In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Elton John revealed that the former Mouseketeer is at the top of his list to play him in an upcoming biopic. "I've got a wish list of people. As for the film itself, don't go expecting a normal biopic in the vain of, say, 'Ray.' "It's going to be a surreal look at my life, and not just a factual look at my life, more in the manner of a 'Moulin Rouge!' I just don't want it to be a normal biopic because my life hasn't been like that. And it only goes up to when I go into rehab in 1990. It starts with me going into rehab and ends when I come out," said John, also adding that the film might even include some new songs. However, before you 'Moulin Rouge' fans get too excited, Elton states that 'Rouge' director Baz Luhrmann was unavailable to do the movie. Instead, they have someone else on board, who John says he's "very excited about." Timberlake has appeared in box office hits and Oscar nominated fare, but can he actually pull off the British accent? At least Sir Elton is right about Timberlake's look, as you can see in the LaChappelle video below. [via LAT] [Photo: Getty] Follow Moviefone on Twitter Like Moviefone on Facebook
